Terrible cust service, never received my order... sent an email to customer service. Never received a response, over $100 order nothinh...

I was very pleased with my purchase. I was having trouble finding a dress and stumbled onto Rotita. I was hesitant to buy from a site I'd never heard of, but the dress was truly exactly what I was looking for. I did pay extra to have it shipped quickly. I was very glad I took the chance on my purchase. I had many compliments at my son's wedding and since then.

It took over a month for me to receive my 2 tops. 1 was ok- not well made but would last for a season. The second I returned as it was poorly made and even though it was the same size it didn't fit. I returned this top the next day. 2 MONTHS later I received a generic letter stating Multiple reasons why they would not give me a refund. The pictures of the clothes are very pretty but... the service and quality do not match.

I ordered something over three and a half months ago I still have not received my order. I did try to get in touch with the company. They have not yet responded

CUSTOMERS BEWARE! AS SOON AS I PLACED AN ORDER WITH ROTITA, I RECEIVED AN ALERT ON MY CREDIT REPORT THAT MY EMAIL AND PASSWORD WERE EXPOSED ON THE DARK WEB! COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE MUCH SECURITY FOR ITS CUSTOMERS! BEWARE!

Sadly their styles are very nice. The true downfall is the product is cheaply made! Cheap material. Very cheap feel. In one word ‘yuck'. Feels as cheap as it looks! True improving your material. Dollar store clothings. Way overpriced.

While the clothing looks pretty in their pictures, the sizing is inconsistent, the materials are uncomfortable, and the returns are a total ripoff. I followed their return instructions to the letter, and they lied and said they never received the items and refused to give me a refund. Horrible, horrible company!

I waited over a month for my purchase only to find out it was never sent, you can't talk to anyone and its been another month with no refund don't risk it!

I ordered 4 swimming items and only can wear the tankini. Loved the designs but the problem is in the boobs size of these products. I'm petite size S but wear D cup. Well, Rotita doesn't design by cup size. So, to compensate that one has to order a size larger, which doesn't look good at all. I wish they start designing keeping in mind the boobs size and not just the body size.

1st & last order with Rotita. Never rec'd order. CS just kept say wait few more days. Done waiting.

This is either a new name or another company run by the same Chinese factory as Beachsissi. Do not buy - could not get a tracking number, told items were "hot sale" items, paid for expedited shipping, tried to cancel after 7 weeks, suddenly shipped but took another 12 days to receive. Cost more to return than the bathing suit cost so I threw it out.

Extremely cheap made clothing! When you try to return an item they claim it's defective or stained and refuse to give you any refund whatsoever. If you dispute the charge through PayPal they tell you to remove your dispute and then they will refund! Do not do this. They need to refund your money before resolving the dispute. Nothing but scammers!

The pictures of the products look all nice and cute but when you get them they are poorly made and cheap quality. I sent 3 items back they received it on June 11, I'm still waiting for my return money of $79 today is July 28th. Disputing the charges on my credit card today.

Bathing suit was not true to size. Didn't fit. Their return policy is a joke. Sent the suit back. They sent an email with a bunch of bull crap but bottom line is they will not exchange the suit nor give me a refund. I told them to send the suit back I paid for and they said they can't. So they got paid for a suit I don't get! Expensive mistake!
