They kept my money and never shipped my items.

I will be certain in the future to be certain that any company purchase from is not in China.

I ordered a jacket 2 months ago never got it I got my card charged it was nearly 30 dollars. How do I call and complain.?

Clothing received not as described, cheap and not worth what I paid. Customer service refused to provide return information. Scam site!

I was always distracted by Rotita ads that would come up on my tablet, but couldn't help clicking on them. I really liked what I saw but was hesitant since I'd never heard of the company before. I finally impulse-ordered at a time of weakness, and then crossed my fingers! I received some shirts today that are perfect. I'm glad I didn't order smaller sizes, even though I thought they'd fit. I usually wear a M or L, but one of the shirts was only available in XL. I liked it so much, though, that I ordered it. It's really cute and looks just like the picture. I'm really glad I took a chance!

I wish I had read these reviews before buying anything, and I'm glad I only bought 4 things. The crappiest lowest quality clothes. Not even wearable they are so cheap looking. The pictures make the clothes look way better than they are. I wish I could return it all, but it comes from Shanghai so that is probably difficult. Don't waste your money on this junk.

Ordered 3 shirts, all a size larger than I normally wear since I read that their clothes run small. 2 out of the 3 fit fine, but the one I wanted the most was 2 sizes too small. I had it on for all of 20 seconds and promptly took it off, folded it and put it back in the bag. Made Rotita aware of the issue and they sent me a return shipping label. I put the bag with the shirt in it into a small box... a box, not a flimsy mylar envelope like what they arrived in, and sent it off. It arrived in Cedar Grove NJ and when I checked to see if I had received a refund or if a return shipment was on its way, nothing! I read their response which made the claim that the item was damaged. BS! I've never purchased clothing made in China that wasn't mismarked as far as sizing goes. I'm not holding my breath that these criminals will do the right thing and refund my money. DON'T BUY FROM THEM! Look away!

I purchased a top from Rotita and it took it a while to be delivered. I was excited when I did receive the top only to be let down when I saw a tear on the garment and I had just gotten this item. The material is cheap and flimsy as well, nothing like the item description. When I tried to return this item there was a box that stated I need to have the item for 45 days before returning it first and when I return the item it could not be washed or worn. Never again!

I returned 2 tops as they were not the right size. Rotita is now corresponding with me insisting that the items returned were damaged. They were not damaged when i shipped them.! I wore them once ro check the fitting and returned them right away. Rotita customer service is now insisting that i admit that i returned the goods i damaged condition. I will not admit to something that i did not do. Please do not buy from Rotita. They are a dying company and the only way for me to get my refund is to admit to what i did not do. They are a FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD company and i wish i had checked the ratings before i bought from them.

I ordered 6 tops in the size from their size chart. Waited forever for them to show up. Once they arrived, I was terribly disappointed. Some fit and some didn't. All were very cheaply made. There were two tops in the order that I swore I did not order. But after matching the items to my order, I found that these two extra tops were weak/vague copies of what I ordered. I worked for a couple of weeks trying to get a refund. Sent all the tops back as unacceptable. Never received a refund and it has been 7 months now. What a waste of money.

I bought a shirt from Rotita and when it finally arrived I loved the style and it looked great when I put it on. Within minutes the fabric began to bauble up. Seriously... within minutes.

I contacted the site and sent them pictures of the numerous places where the fabric had started to bauble (there were 3).

The site insisted I send back the item with tracking (proof of posting). As I'm in the UK and they are in the US it would cost me more to send back the blouse than the cost of the blouse in the first place.

Customer service was worse than useless. The rep barely spoke English and just kept repeating herself. When I was finally able to get her to understand she said she'd process the refund and get back to me in 24 hours. HA! Fat chance!

I chased up customer services and was given the same old story of return the blouse wu=ith tracking.

Instead, I think I'll take it out and use it as kindling for a bonfire. It's about the only thing it's suitable for.
