So I ordered a 2xl swimsuit to ensure that it would fit and I received it today. It fit perfectly everywhere except my breasts. The cup size was at best a C size. Im sorry but a 2xl woman does not have C size breasts. Um do your homework. I will be returning the swim suit and not recommending this company to literally everyone I know.
NO, NO, NO. The fit of the items from this company are certainly not for USA, they run very, very small. Delivery takes a VERY long time, and if you are not satisfied, you can't reach anyone to speak with (a real person) about return or exchange. Once you decide to "chat" it is hard to decipher the broken English. They insist that you rate them and insist that they have been helpful. They are not. DO NOT buy from this company. This company is not American and does not use American sizing, it is much smaller than Junior sizing. The business is on-line and advertises frequently on Facebook. The pictures are gorgeous, but the fabric is not swimsuit fabric and the customer service is awful

Ordered 6 bathing suits, larger than my size since I knew it was coming from a country where everything is tiny - got them, none of them fit, asked for a return label, got it and that was the end - I had to open a case with paypal to get my money back - they conveniently never responded to my emails or let me log in - thank god for paypal or I would have been out $160.00 from these scammers - buy USA people, these clothes are not sized correctly and look way better in photos than they do in person

I purchased some bikinis in March, received them over 1 month Later. The sizes are wrong, I returned them all at a cost to me of £35! The communication with the customer service department is shocking. They won't refund me, they keep just asking me for the same details every single time and we are literally going round and round, I will not give up on my refund I spent £85 with them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Horrible company to work with. Their customer service just talks in circles to avoid addressing any issues, the website is difficult to use and doesn't work when it comes to returns and their return policy is not adhered to - they will not refund your money as stated! I've been communicating with them for 4 months and still don't have my refund - they keep asking the same questions that have already been answered. I will never buy from them again and recommend you avoid doing business with them!

Purchased seven items. They send no tracking and it took almost 4 weeks to receive the purchase. I returned 6 items (be sure to get tracking info!). Tracking stated this company received the return in 4 days. After 10 business days I tried to get an update on my refund but got the run-a-round. Opened a dispute with PayPal. This company told me they could not issue a refund unless I close my dispute. I could not put any trust that they would follow through with the refund and let the dispute continue. They used every single minute PayPal offered for a response before they responded to PayPal and issued my refund. The dispute is closed and my refund from PayPal is on its way. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! You have been warned.

Cleo was so helpful and resolved my query within minutes. It was the fastest and most helpful customer service I've come across in a long time!
I returned an item that was a terrible fit and cheap material on 13 April 2021, following all their guidelines. Adding the postage cost to the item.
After repeated emails, I still have not received my refund.

Placed my order easy enough and then was a bit concerned on the delay of it being shipped however due to the Pandemic I understood. The customer Service team kept me updated regularly and the tracking worked perfect and even turned up 2 days before scheduled! Overall a brilliant service and most importantly the Mrs is going to love her fur coat!
Do not buy products from this company! I received an extremely poor quality dress and when I tried to return it they asked for pictures which I sent and have not received a response since. It's been 2 weeks now.

I have an order in progress and have been trying for over a month to unsubscribe from Rotita emails. Their links don't work, you can't contact them unless you want to speak to a robot on chat. They say they will but they don't. No customer service, etc., etc., etc. Don't order from this company and I wish Google and everyone else would stop allowing these companies to post on their search engines. This is just another reason to hate someone and I am so sick of China invading stealing from us and the rest of the world.

Finally got them to agree to refund money if I returned dress. Went to post office to ship back and found out it was going to cost almost $15 to send back with no guarantee I would get my full refund. I opted to keep the dress so I wouldn't be out more money. Maybe I can use for dish rag! Lesson learned! Will never order through them again.

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
