Got a High Low Red dress from Rotita and must say that it fitted me like a dream. The fabric is so comfy and fitting so perfect that I have kept it aside as my special dress for my birthday. Also, the fabric flows like a dream. Not to forget that the dress arrived so well in time. You should definitely order from Rotita. They have an amazing collection of dresses.

They made me wait forever for my exchange. Them when they finally did send it they sent the wrong thing to me. And blammed me for their mistake! They support team went back and forth with me for weeks. NEVER WILL I EVER SHOP ON THERE AGAIN! JUST HORRIBLE.

Terrible. Scam site. Takes orders with no ability whatsoever to deliver the goods in any sensible time scale. Do not order from them under any circumstances.

I ordered some swimwear first week of June, they promised it would be with me by 29th June at absolute latest. By 1st July their own tracking information shows that it hasn't even left China yet! It's of absolutely no use to me now at all, will arrive far too late for my holiday. And they've flatly refused to give a refund even though I've told them that I no longer consent to being part of this sales contract given that they unilaterally substantially changed the terms of it.

The clothes from this brand are all so cute. They are great quality and a great price. It is the best of both worlds.

I got a lovely floral summer dress from rotita, and the quality and style is amazing. It has a good amount of stretch and is true to size. Highly recommend.

Once you send the item back they do not want to refund the money. I chatted 10 times with a different agent but it was lies after lies. They refunded part of my money after back and forth. Refused to refund all my money. If you are shopping at Rotita it is at your own risk.

After reading about the easy returns I ordered some items. They did not fit so I started my return well within the 14 day window. They do not send an invoice with the pkg so you have to contact them for instructions. I supplied all the info they wanted because I paid with PayPal and that was generated. Nothing has been right and we have gone back and forth until the 14 days is almost up. Don't think I am getting my refund! Very shady company. Buyer beware...
