The swim suit and earrings are of good quality. The order was received in a timely fashion considering the Covid Pandemic. I have found the customer service of Rotita to be very good and satisfying any issues.

I love all my orders! Size are fit as described materials are soo soft.
The clothing was what was ordered and expected. It fits to size.
I purchased a dress on June 7,2021 for a wedding on July 31st. It's been a busy summer so by the time I was able to try the dress on, it was around July 20th. I noticed right away that there were extra strings and that some of the seams were folded over. I went to Rotita acknowledging that I was past the 30 day return window. I think an exception should have been made because this is clearly a quality issue. It was so bad that I actually thought it might have been sold, altered and returned to Rotita and then sent to me. Rotita didn't even acknowledge the quality issue, they just said I was past the 30 day window. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from them again.

Very cheap quality for what you pay. Won't order again. Shein is better. I ordered shorts that looked flattering and thick. Far from that. Cheap and falling apart. Bathing suit top is not even hemmed on bottom. Just cut.
