The day after I placed a very substantial order using the 22% off promo code, a 27% off promo code shows up in my email... suspicions or coincidence? Doesn't matter. Wrote to customer service immediately and they wouldn't accommodate. Waited forever for the best promo code, having to sort through a TON of Rotita spam emails before making this purchase. This is not the 1st big purchase either and they couldn't accommodate a loyal customer... whom they've now lost because of it. Not worth the too many emails for no exceptions.

I am always concerned about buying in the UK from the USA. I was right. I purchased 5 items and returned them all. I received no refund. By the time I challenged them, the Return receipt had been lost. Despite frequent "on-line chats" I am still over £ 100 GBP out of pocket. Never again. I will only but from the UK in future where businesses are honourable.
