I ordered my package from November 15,2021 and I still havnt gotten my package neither am I seeing any tracking updates for the package since November 18,2021.
Customer service is appalling. Trying to get a refund was so hard. I felt as if i was being accused of lying about the product not arriving. Live chat just kept repeating the same thing and was totally useless. I had to go to my bank to cancel the payment in the end

Placed order a few weeks back and still waiting. Followed up with online chat and was told I'd have a response within 24 hours as to the status and haven't seen anything and that's been a week.
I have kept some items from my last order but had to return two items because the material was really thin, not of good quality. To be able to be somewhat be reimbursed, I had to pay the shipment which cost me over 23$ for a request to be reimbursed of 52$... so a lost of 29$... not cool at all.
I had ordered 3 items from Rotita, after receiving, I returned due to size issues. I requested a refund for one item, and have been waiting for the exchanged items to arrive. Not receiving, I emailed Rotita customer service to follow up and found one item was not available in the size I needed so they issued a refund and was able to send out the other. This process was very quick and easy, overall experience was great.
I ordered 7 items around the 17th. The order was split and I have received one item so far ( 30th). On tracking, the rest of order is in Illinois & has been since the 21st.
The item I have received was a sweater. It looks nicely made and is very soft.
I ordered 6 items but received only 5 although the shipping order said 6. I sent 2 e-mails and and received response. I used the on-line help assistant 5 times and each have said they would ship out the missing item. 2 months... still waiting although after the 5th call I have a tracking number. Maybe by my next vacation I will have the missing top to the bathing suit I ordered

I ordered a shirt in a large. It was too big so I was going to return it for a medium. It was going to cost me $9 to return it so I gave it away and ordered the same shirt in a medium. I received one email showing me how I could track my shirt. Three weeks later I still don't have the shirt and it hasn't reached the postal service. I needed the shirt next week for a musical. When I contacted the company they said it was in route snd would not credit my card back even though I'd spoken by live chat three times and they said I should be getting it soon. There is no way to speak with someone by phone and my card still has the second shirt charged to my account!
I recently purchased quite a few tops from Rotita. Your size chart took the guess work out of buying the correct size. With this added feature I have received the correct size each time. I love the variety of tops that you offer.

Answer: We have been providing free shipping and high quality products all over the world. Some customers may not like them, but they have right to return and get a refund. Meanwhile, there are many bad reviews not written by real customers, but fraud competitors. We really despise it.
Answer: Please don't waste your time! It is not suppose to be that some people just so "happen" to have a good experience. Trust me this company is horrible and you will regret it immensely. They send cheap fake knockoff of their items and the pictures on the site are stolen. Don't read the fake positive reviews. I ordered from here and I was extremely disappointed and angry. Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Took forever to get the dress and once we got it, it was poor quality and not what was pictured on website. Finally got them to agree to refund money if I returned dress. Went to post office to ship back and found out it was going to cost almost $15 to send back with no guarantee I would get my full refund. I opted to keep the dress so I wouldn't be out more money. Maybe I can use for dish rag! Lesson learned! Will never order through them again.

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
