I have always liked buying clothes from Rotita and this hasn't changed. I had a bit of issue with my order and this was rectified promptly by the customer service team.
I received my order quite fast as I expected it to come a bit later.

Clothes are super cute and fit well. I have had 2 experiences where my package has been lost stateside (tracking number stops in California both times) and Rotita reshipped everything and I received it within a few days. Customer Service is top notch. Clara was my most recent, and she was not only nice, but very helpful. Even with the 2 packages being lost, I will continue to purchase from Rotita
