I received my order but one of the blouses that I ordered had a sleeve that was not sewed properly. I contacted your customer service and they promply replyed that they would send a replacement. This was handled very promptly. I appreciate your quick and kind service.

I purchased two tops. One was lovely the other wasn't like the web site. They said to contact them on web site but link didn't work. I gave a review in this and they said they would refund my money but they haven't.

The shirts I ordered for myself fit beautifully. The color of the one was a little more orange than showed in the picture, but I still like it. The two I ordered for my Mom and sister fit them well and they love them.

I bought a couple of sparkly tops from Rotita and they are lovely. The material is very soft and comfortable and they fit perfectly and I'm really happy with them.

I had an issue with my order arriving late and when it did there was a problem with 1 item. The customer service rep-Alice was quick to respond to my tickets and gave me credit back on the problem item as well as worked on getting my other order (wrong size) immediately exchanged. Every message I sent, she was very helpful and responded promptly. Items ordered were very beautifully made.
