I ordered 3 tops and they were huge so I made arrangements to return them. When I went to a Canadian post office to mail them back, I found out that you have to fill out a Customs form and get some code and take that to the post office. This is more trouble than it worth to return huge items. Rotita needs a Canadian address that items can be returned to.
The clothing is nice i really like it, but there is not a phone number no address and they don't tell you the merchandise will arrive in two o tree months i wanted for Christmas but didn't come on time i requested via chat few times to cancel the shipping. The refund was quick thanks
