I made contact online chat customer care after receiving my order reporting that the dress was missing all fasteners including belt. (This was meant to be a belted dress).
I was advised that someone would respond within next working day and that happened. I am pleased with the outcome where I was given an option of part refund however, I felt that would not serve the purpose so I requested customer care to consider sending me another complete dress instead of the refund. My request was accepted and currently waiting for the shipment.
I am really pleased with the result and that gives me confidence to shop with Rotita. I felt valued as a customer and would recommend to others + great items and easy to navigate site when shopping.

It was a lovely experience. The products are so good and the quality is a veryy good one, i recommend it!

First time ordering for here, I was pleased, love the shirt, fits just right. Ordered my usual size 1XL and that's what I got. I was just a little disappointed with the slow shipping, but that's ok. Will order again

I ordered three tankinis to take on holiday. I ordered according to the size reference provided and ordered extra large for all three with a chest measurement of 44" which was my actual measurement. Only the frocked suit fits well across the bust, the other two don't fit smoothly. I probably should have ordered the larger size. I didn't want to do a return and I'm not real fussy about how things look so I wore them anyways. I ham happy with the quality, how all three tankinis look on me and with all aspects of ordering and delivery. The shorts fit well and even though they don't have any lining in the crotch or a panty inside they are comfortable and provide for modesty. Good value for the money spent!

I bought many things in the middle of November. It was all supposed be here by Christmas. They made a mistake and entered a ZIP Code for some town in Florida I've never heard of, that is 1800 miles from where I live. They split my order and the first package was, of course, returned to them because of that incorrect ZIP Code. They tried to blame it on me, that I had entered the wrong ZIP Code. Fortunately my PayPal receipt proved that I had not entered that wrong ZIP Code, it was Rotita's mistake. I corrected it with Rotita immediately. They ignored that and sent out the second package to that same wrong ZIP Code. When they got the first returned package back, they ignored my correction I had sent them for over 10 days. I finally emailed to ask where my stuff was and they lied and said they never got my correction. I screenshotted the correction I had sent 10 days... earlier and they finally sent that package off. It still could have gotten here by Christmas, but it did not arrive until 10 days late on its second delivery. They made it such a huge mess (they couldn't understand, they kept telling me things that were incorrect) to get my money back that I opened a dispute through PayPal which was of course resolved in my favor.
