My experience was good, except I do believe you should include an every order a return label. So that way if a return needs to be made they have that label to send back the item which makes it easier on the customer which makes the customer happy.
I ordered 5 shirts that was to small. I spoke with Customer Service and they were switched out for larger sizes and she was very helpful.
