I emailed Clara and explained the wrong package had been delivered. I sent photographs as requested and Clara quickly responded and agreed. She informed me that my correct order would be shipped as soon as possible. She also generously said I could keep the items in the wrong package. While these items are the wrong size and style for my wife, I have distributed them to some of our friends. If they like them, they may well come back to Rotita for more items in the future.
Overall, I think Clara recovered the situation very well.
I am still awaiting my order that was promised to me; they took my money and my order's shipping information I'm now told will not be available for another 5 days. Not sure if and when I'll ever see my items! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
