My order was received and approved promptly. The product received was what I expected and more. Seams were finished as you would see in a more expensive product and fit the body as the details given stated. I am very happy with my order. I do have to say that the customer service area has been so patient and helpful. Quick to answer my inquiry; much appreciated. I certainly will shop more with Rotita company.

I emailed Clara and explained the wrong package had been delivered. I sent photographs as requested and Clara quickly responded and agreed. She informed me that my correct order would be shipped as soon as possible. She also generously said I could keep the items in the wrong package. While these items are the wrong size and style for my wife, I have distributed them to some of our friends. If they like them, they may well come back to Rotita for more items in the future.
Overall, I think Clara recovered the situation very well.
