I can only speak to my experiences on Rotita but I have had only excellent service. I was refunded very quickly after they received my return. I was extremely satisfied with their time frame on refunds and kept up to date with emails. Honestly more communication here than with must any other online store.

I can't tell you loud enough don't buy from this company. I ordered a top and hated the fabric and look of it when I received it December 20,2021. I notified them January 2nd I wanted to return the item. The shipping address to return was to the USA even though it appears to be shipped from Canada so it cost me a lot to ship t back. I questioned myself when I was at the post office if I should spend that much to ship back when the shirt was $43 CAD... I hated it that much I was willing to spend it. I shipped it January 24th. They messaged me about the return asking if I still was returning the item and I provided my tracking information as I had already sent it. They received it, said it was in good condition (it still had the tags on it) and that I would receive a refund with in 7 Business days. Now I just got a message that I am not getting a refund because it is outside their "30 day" refund policy by 6.75 days it had to be back by January 29. First I heard of a 30 day return policy! Tell me why they would ask me about returning the item I put a return claim in for AFTER they are now saying would be too late. They have my money and the shirt... can you tell how mad I am?! How dishonest can they be?!

Easy to order but takes a while to arrive. The fit is true to size and product quality for the most part is good.
Returns are quite easy but you are paying the cost. I would order again but beware of the deals as you can't return them.

Shopping on your site is tempting to buy, sections are Ok also, I can get where I want to look for clothes simple. The only thing is confusing is you keep sending me emails with discount when I just bought and don't know where to go if I want to buy.
I was apprehensive at first to buy from Rotita online because I was worried about the clothes, sizes, were they legitimate etc. I have ordered quite a few things from them now and the clothes have been nice. Sometimes the sizes are off and once I had to return something. I did have to pay to return it and the shipping from Canada is expensive but I did get my money back minus the shipping. I wish they would do something about that. Other than that they have always been very helpful when I have a question and rectify any problems quickly. And the regular shipping took 2 weeks 2 days. Not bad.
