The dress I order was to large and there was not a smaller size available. Returns can be hard sometimes when asking for a refund... so I was bit upset when the dress didn't fit. However, the customer service was immediate at responding to my request and a refund was processed quickly. Great experience, I'll definitely be ordering from Rotita again.
