I'm not used to spend lots of money on clothes. In my opinion, clothes have to look stylish, but it doesn'; t matter where did you buy it. Of course, lots of people might despise you because of non-branded clothes but it's better stay off such people. I hate those ones who estimate others according to their material position in society. It's awful. Such people are rude and ignorant as well. I always buy clothes in discount stores and this one is my favorite one actually. I have bought the whole wardrobe here, because I liked the way the clothes look here. It's stylish, I look dapper and funky.
Ordered 2 beautiful dresses one unfortunately had to return. Rotita. Com kept in contact with me regarding returning the item back. They alway reply to my emails also let me know when my refund was given to me. Very good company. Also good quality clothing that I received would recommend them.
Admittedly it is hard to order things like swimwear on line but i am happy to share that the products from Rotita are exactly what i had hoped for I love my new swimwear! Colors are bight and sizing was true to the size chart (i took a chance and actually ordered 1 size higher than i needed just in case and that i am happy i did) I also wanted to share that they came within 2 weeks of my order and the service from the team when i had questions was fast and easy to understand. I will definitely be back to order more! GREAT place for we bigger gals to find something besides boring black! So happy

They don't send receipts and no exchange or refund instructions with the merchandise. They only have online order receipts. Which I have kept. They're the only two I've got. I didn't even get an online order receipt for the last five items I ordered.
I ordered some clothing. They were to small. When I asked for the exchange or refund instructions. They said three of my items were flash sale items. No were on the receipts I have does it say fash sale. When I ordered the items they were not on flash sale. They showed a receipt that looks nothing like my order receipts.
I ordered a return label for two of the items. I haven't received it.
They sent exchanges for two items without out my knowledge. And before I ordered the return label. And they billed me again for the two items.
This has been a hugh mess.
The heck of it is. They do have really good clothing.
