My order was cancelled unexpectedly to my dismay, customer service emailed me to either receive a full refund or credit on my account. I chose full refund then changed my mind and re-ordered instead using my account credit. It was surprisingly easy and customer service was excellent in dealing with me.
Had very efficient chat with staff who gave me details for return/exchange of garments. Tops should now be with Rotita and I hope to get replacements by return of post

The order process was simple and easy. The product delivery was prompt and the dress looked exactly as shown in the pictures in the website. Best part is the material was so soft and felt absolutely amazing on skin. Fir was good as mentioned and according to the measurements given.

This item was due for delivery on 7/1/22 and actually delivered on 27/1/22. The item was of inferior quality and when I tried to return this on 8/1/22, just 13 says after delivery I'm informed that I received it more than 30 days before. I note that there doesn't seem to be a way of putting reviews directly onto their website. My advice is simple, check other review sites like Trust Pilot and avoid this company.
