This is not reflective of the last person who assisted. They did good to explain the situation. My issue is with the return process. Yes, you are informed up front that there is a cost to return/Exchange an item. The problem is that they do not tell you to make any payment until you sit around wondering where your replacement items are. I did not receive any email that they had written me a message on their website. I happen to log in to track my shipment and saw that it was not even being worked because they needed payment for the returned items.
I hope it does not take long now that I have paid another $10 for shipping.
I live in Denmark, and I haven't got my order. They were very helpful and have now sent the order again. I look forward to to receive my package. Thank you very much.

I have had a number of items from Rotita now and have loved every item. The materials and styles are lovely and different from what is in our shops. The ordering and payments are easy to do although the timescale for delivery is something that needs to be updated. We are used to getting our orders over here next day delivery but I don't really mind as the items are worth the wait and are travelling a long way..
