This was my first experience ordering from your company. I received my items very promptly. There was a slight problem with the availability of one item but the matter was taken care of very quickly and I am well satisfied with how it was handled and well satisfied with the things I received.
The beautiful top I ordered was not the material content as advertised. Being it is too expensive for postage to return on International Shipping I will try and sell it as it is just not the type of material I can wear.
On another item I ordered the item does not fit as per the size chart. These Capri type pants are far too big so being Rotita will not pay for return shipping when the items needing to be returned is their fault I am stuck trying to sell or alter these items.
I did receive a top and a bathing suit that I am totally in love with that fit perfectly so I do plan to order again.
Swimsuit I ordered was too big - but very cute! - so I contacted customer service to exchange for a smaller size. Received a quick response with instructions on exchanging. Am looking forward to wearing my new swimsuit (in the correct size!). Only complaint I might have is the length of time it takes to receive ordered/exchanged items, but that is not customer service's problem. Very pleased with responses from customer service representatives.

I ordered two bathing suits and a dress from Rotita. I am happily satisfied with the items and the communication with the company. The bathing suits are well made, true to size and received in a reasonable time (the first one arrived in a week, the second one with the dress arrived within a few weeks). I was sent a tracking number and follow up emails regarding any issues or concerns I may have had. The bathing suit tops are super cute and can be worn as a top/blouse or for yoga as well as for the beach/pool. I plan on ordering some other styles from their vast selection now that I know the company and they send emails with discounts. Thank you!
Overall very good and orders came quickly. My only peeve is sizes if they had uk sizes instead of s, m, l, xl, xxl and so forth. I would be very happy indeed

Tanktini top & bottoms. Excellent Quality, True to Size, "LOOK FABULOUS"…. Only little negative is the length of time it takes to arrive, just wish delivery could be faster. But on a positive note I have ordered 7 more for my holiday to Jamaica at the beginning of May. Fingers crossed they arrive in time…….
