Rotita is a company I visited frequently on the website because I love the color combinations, unique swim wear styles especially zipper options. I have purchased 3 suits from the company because I like 2 piece with a longer leg design. I am a 18plus size woman.
The negatives are that the dress fabrics are rayon which mutes the colors and the sizes are not in proportion especially in the arm shoulder areas. Arm holes are too tight. Secondly, shipping takes forever and very costly. The company does try to compensate the customer with communication updates and coupons. I like this company but there should be more classic styles in dresses for work and more plus sizes available with exact sizing for US customers.
Exchange for smaller size. You have to mail to North American return centre at your cost then wait and confirm package received prior to exchange being processed.

I ordered three bathing suits within a few days of each other. One bathing suit has arrived and now I'm being told that the other bathing suits would be delayed because of Mother's Day. I'm not satisfied with that answer. We shall see how my experience will be if I receive these bathing suits within the next few days
So far, customer service has been excellent. The fact that they were able to change the size tell me that my order has not yet been shipped out, which is concerning.

WW************** this is my order number and the customer service person got on the problem right away. I'm so happy and impressed with this company. While the products seem to be OK Quality and it is very nice to see a company actually making things true to size if not slightly big. You can't beat the pricing, my super huge hangup is they want $10 per item to return something, IF your return is approved!
Every thing that I ask got an answer and in a day. If I asked for changeing the size, you chack it and if they found the size I want they changed it.

I found the prefect dress, the latest posting date meant it would arrive a fortnight before the wedding, The latest posting date came and went it a bit of a panic I went online to figure out have to contact Rotita that's when I discovered the ticket system.
ROTITA WERE VERY GOOD and quickly arranged for the dress to be dispatched. I received it in plently of time and the dress was beautiful unfortunately I didn't realise the sizes really are smaller. I am a size 12 so M 12/14 I thought would be perfect I was wrong.
