I recently ordered a bathing suit, coverup and a shirt. I have ordered from Rotita with no difficulties and merchandise arrived on time and was pleased with my order. This time when I completed the order and was paying for shipping I was asked if i wanted to pay an additional fee of almost $5.00 as an insurance policy in case there was a problem with shipping and since I had no problems previously, I declined to pay the additional fee. I received an email stating that my merchandise was delivered, but I have not received this order. In this same email I was given an option of speaking to a representative on the computer. I tried several times to initiate this online chat and after waiting several minutes each time I was never able to complete the online chat since Rotita never responded to my request. I think that since I did not give Rotita the extra shipping money that my order has just vanished. All I want is the order I paid for!
I got quick responses from the person responding to DMs on Instagram and I believe customer service is very important. Thank you very much for all the help.

Always shop rotita material is the best and the fit is perfect for my body i love the alphets sometimes i tend to select 9 dresses then i go to the cart and try to pick the best from the best its so hard to shop 3 dresses within my budget when i want all... i so love rotita im complimented every time i wear my dresses.
Ordered 2 bathing suits, one was perfect, the 2nd one was nice but had unfinished bottom. Not sure if that will be a problem in the future.
