I returned and asked for a replacement women's top, back at the beginning of February. Today is April 15,2022, and I am still waiting for my replacement item.
I received an email on April 10th stating that I should expect the order between 21 Apr 2022 and 04 May 2022. This is very disappointing that it should take over 2 months to receive it.

I ordered a bathing suit which I needed for vacation. It never came and was not going to arrive in time. While I was very disappointed in hat I did not get the bathing suit, I emailed and asked if I could cancel the order and get a refund. I had the money back in my account in 1 day! Shipping takes long but customer service is great!

I love their style of clothes. As far as being true to size… I'm 5'8" and 150 lbs. with a small-medium build. As with anywhere I order/buy clothes, if the shirts are made big and hang really loose, I order a size small. If they fit tight against the body, I order a size medium. I did the same thing with Rotita and everything fit perfectly. The bathing suits (tops and shorts), I ordered a size medium. I loved everything and I will definitely be ordering from them again!
