I needed to modify my order and reached out. The customer service was prompt, excellent and efficient in modifying my order.
I ordered 2 swimsuit tops and a shirt on March 22, the latest delivery date was April 15 and it is now the 18th and no order! I leave for vacation tomorrow and now I will not have a swimsuit. Very disappointed that there was no phone number to call. I did live chat with a rep. They were nice but I am pretty sure they will not be able to get my order to me before tomorrow morning.

DO NOT order from this company! I ordered a dress for me & a dress for my mom on March 30th for her 80th bday party on April 7th. They didn't even ship her dress until April 7th. I never got any correspondence about my dress until it was delivered on April 14th. Today is April 16th and her dress is still not here! I would've expedited shipping but it was over $40. On top of that, my dress is too big and I ordered true to size. AND they are charging me s $9.99 fee to return it. I'll never order from this company again!
Bought a swimsuit. I got no confirmation or tracking. My rosita account didn't even show a purchase. Only proof I had was paying with PayPal. Chatted twice with a rep they assured me a couple days I would recieve it. Still nothing.
I made a mistake when I ordered some items, I put in a ticket to have it corrected, someone got back to me quickly and fixed my mistake. Fantastic service.

I returned and asked for a replacement women's top, back at the beginning of February. Today is April 15,2022, and I am still waiting for my replacement item.
I received an email on April 10th stating that I should expect the order between 21 Apr 2022 and 04 May 2022. This is very disappointing that it should take over 2 months to receive it.
They have offered me a lousy $6.00 discount... if I order something again over $50.00.
This is a joke! Shame, Shame, Shame on their lousy service!
