I have been waiting over 5 weeks and they still have not processed my order. I have sent messages and all they say is give us a few days. They were very fast at taking their payment out, same day as order. I think I've been scammed. I believe they want me to keep waiting until it's to late to stop payment.

Loved the fact they were very quick to ship. Only gripe is their exchange/return policy is not that great. Between at least 2 weeks to return then another 2-3 weeks to get replacement after they ship it.
My address has changed and customer service noticed right away and sent a detailed email to verify it. Once verified, they confirmed that my order will be sent to the new address as soon as possible.
