I never got my swimsuit I ordered only because when I ordered they said it would be here in 5 to 7 days. After 7 days it was still not shipped. Coming from China who knew when it would get here. I needed it for my vacation so I cancelled my order.
Customer service was very nice is cancelling my order and credit m account.

I've ordered twice from Rotita. One order came through at the expected time and products were generally ok. I put in a second order on April 1,2022 and as of May 5,2022, it hasn't even shipped yet. Customer Service has not been helpful at all - they keep promising me that shipment has been 'urged', but I've been given shipment deadlines of April 5, April 11, April 30 and May 4 and nothing has even been sent yet - according to their original deadline, it was supposed to arrive between April 28-May 9 - and instead, they can't even get it out the door. Although they have taken my money. And not offered compensation or a refund. Buyer beware with this company.

I am very happy with my Tankini, it looks like the picture and true to size! I rated 4 stars because it took a long time to receive. I purchased it for a vacation but it did not arrive in time. That was disappointing. Otherwise I am happy with purchase. I got a Large fit perfect 180lbs, 39-40 bust. Love the turquoise color!

Rotita is a very good company to deal with. They answered my email quickly and sent me a return label to send back the item I bought and wanted to exchange for a different size. Their bathing suits are also very nice and good quality and they have a large selection to choose from.

I tried to purchase a dress on Rotita. When I tried to pay with my card, WHICH WAS A SELECTION ON THEIR LIST, EVERY TIME I HIT PLACE ORDER IT WOULD NOT SEND. EVER…I DID THIS 5 times. Same result. Would not send. I spoke with customer service twice and both times they said they would send me a email on how to pay them. I refused to leave the site to pay. Both times I was told I had to in order to pay. I wasted so much time shopping on this site for it to be a scam
Every item I have had from Rotita has been excellent quality. I am a UK 18 and mainly get a XL and they fit perfectly. I love the Sequin and pretty choices for us plus size girls. Always recommended
