I emailed back and forth with customer service multiple times and got the fastest responses and help that I ever have from a site like this. I've ordered from Rotita once before without issue. This time is different. I placed my order on April 4,2022. I am still waiting. I have been told my order would ship within 3-5 days, but those days have passed and still no shipping information. The money left my account promptly after order placement. Customer service has been no help as they have lied to me about shipping already. How long are we going to use Covid as an excuse? Enough! Very unhappy with Rotita in all aspects right now.

Habe die Ware endlich doch noch erhalten. Nach mehreren E-Mail Rückfragen bei der Firma Rotita konnte man mir doch noch helfen. Bin trotzdem zufrieden, obwohl die Lieferung und schon längst bezahlte Ware sehr lange gedauert hat (über zwei Monate) und ich bestimmt nicht mehr bei dieser Firma bestellen werde. Auch entspricht die Ware farblich nicht exakt der Beschreibung im Facebook.

There's nothing to describe in the beginning they was okay they was doing fine now that I order some things that I haven't received in a month and I haven't got my money back they're not they deserve it too basically
In reality I wouldn't even give this company one star! I ordered 2 pant suits, hoping to wear one to my niece's wedding which I will be officiating in 2 weeks. The order was to arrive last month, but never came. I was sent a tracking number, but most of the time that site doesn't work. When it does, it still shows no movement in my order. I tried to message Rotita, but when I enter my email and password it states that no such email exists. When I try to reset my password to register again, I get a message stating that I my email is already registered. It's a scam company that takes your money, and never delivers product!
You place an order get charged for it and then weeks later get a notification that an item is now out of stock come to find out they haven't even shipped your items yet? That's crazy! I'm still waiting for items I purchased on 3.27 and it's now 5.7! Absolutely ridiculous! I paid on 3.27. I had a trip on 4.29 I wanted these for clothes for. Highly disappointed!
