Concerning my most recent purchase (of a very well-designed swimsuit), I found the return process a bit confusing. The Size 2X suit was too big for the top of the two-piece suit but was the right size for the bottom. However, Rotita's return instructions emphasized that BOTH pieces were required to be returned in order to receive an exchange. So I returned both the top and the bottom, while writing details in the NOTES section. I wrote that, if possible, I'd like the TOP exchanged to size 1X but the same 2X bottom returned to me.
What happened - when the exchange package arrived, it contained only the 1X top. Where did the bottom go - in any size?
I still LOVE the design of the top.
I'd suggest that Rotita figure out a way to offer swimsuit tops and bottoms separately. That helps not only in sizing but also in the new styles of swimsuit bottoms that come in various lengths.
Takes a few weeks to arrive but that's okay you will receive their items.

Overall, most of the clothing items have been good quality. I have only had to return 5-7 items and I have purchased quite a lot of items from Rotita, too many to count. It would be nice if they would put the hanging loop on the shoulder area so that the item would be able to hang on the hanger correctly without falling off. Otherwise, I love buying from them and I have only seen one outfit I have purchased on someone else and that was on a cruise.
