Two years ago with 100CHF you can get 3 or 4 dresses. But now, only 2

Order one size for top and another size for bottoms, which gave me the perfect fit bathing suit. Shipping did take about 3 weeks.

I had to return or exchange several items from my purchases. It was pure hell dealing with customer service and getting my situation resolved

I notified them via email about the problem, I had two separate large orders and in which one I had accidentally ordered 2 of the same blouse…. They were timely in response and resolved the issue almost immediately. I was pleasantly surprised and hope the clothing is as good as their customer service. I will do another review when I receive it

I ordered a smaller size and decided I needed to change it after the order was confirmed. I wrote the customer service team and receive a response within 1 business day that they went ahead and edited the size for me! Awesome customer service! Cannot wait to receive my swim suit, so excited!

I noticed error in mailing address once I hit the Submit key. I only had one attempt to make the correction and that didn't work out well. I did, however, was able to send a notice through another means and was pleased to get a timely response. Correction to mailing address was acknowledged and made.

Although they took a while to arrive due to the distance. I was very pleased with the style and quality of the items. Thank you.

I ordered some items of clothing from this Company. Unfortunately they were not suitable when I received them, being a little small, so needed to return them. I contacted the company, who immediately gave me all the information I needed. I sent the goods back and they arrived at their destination a day or so later (28th May) Today, 1st June, I received notification of my refund. Excellent service, thankyou.

I didn't see a confirmation email for my order and became concerned if I had completed the order. I questioned it and received confirmation that it was ordered and in a process of delivery.
