I do enjoy shopping at Rotita because of the wide selection of women's clothes. I have to make a few changes in my orders along the way and the customer service was always happy to help. There's no gimmicks or trying to bribe the customers if they ask for a change with so called discounts if you promise to keep the order. Many stores I have visited do exactly that and try to guilt you into purchasing an item that you meant to cancel or change. No judgements here from any of the customer service that I have met along the way. I would highly recommend this store for the best online shopping experience!
Have ordered a second swimsuit as the first one is of good quality. Would have liked faster delivery but OK if not in a hurry.
