I ordered a swimsuit from Rotita via FB. It had been a couple of weeks since my order had been updated and I called Customer service to get a tracking number and delivery date. It wasn't 5 days later and my swimsuit arrived at my house and ready to be packed for my vacation!

I bought two tops. One was grey, but had white discoloration in the fabric in front where it is really noticeable. The other was a V-neck that was not sewn to sit flatly on the chest. It was looser on right side, so did not hang correctly. The day I received them, I sent photos and request to refund or exchange. I was waiting for a response, but I never received their email... until recently. But then they said that it was too late to return the items. I mentioned I did not see their response, but they said it was too late and there is nothing they could do. I will not order anything from this company again and will remove them from my emails. I had the package ready to send back the same day I received it!
