I bought two bathing suits from this company. The shipping was slow, and when I finally got my items, they did not fit (yes I bought the right size). I returned both suits, and they took HALF of my money on each suit! I paid $48 for each, and got back $27 on each! I guess that's how they make their money... by ripping people off.

I love all clothing from Rotita. They have very stylish collection with affordable prices. All if there clothing are true to the size.
The only transaction I didn't like was, product came from Canada, but I had to return to the States. That cost me 25 dollars. Not happy about that expense.

Ordered 6 swimsuits. After 2 weeks I was notified one was out of stock. No big deal.
After a few more weeks, one suit arrived. I did not like the cut of it. Returned. After jumping through some hoops to get someone to accept the return. And paying the fee for return.
After a month the rest of the order was delivered. Out the 4 suits only one made me feel comfortable. One left side boob exposed. One suit felt like I was going to go swimming in 1920. Way too long swim dress. Swim evening gown perhaps.

After a week or so I was notified that I would be receiving a refund for 3 from 2nd batch. They claim they never received it. And I have a credit for the suit that was out of stock. Communication is difficult. I read all the great reviews. I did not anticipate this kind of incompetence dealing with just email.

The color was amazing and the shipping was a bit delayed but no worries.
