I order a bathing suit and 2 pairs of bottoms and another bathing suit top. First it took forever to get to me the package sat for 4 days in Illinois then went to New York for 3 more days then delivered to me in Michigan! By the time it got to me the package was ripped open and the top of the bathing suit and the one pair of bottoms was missing! Just read their return policy you will see they are scamers! However they make it impossible to return or get a refund they send you a link to fill out (I filled it out 15 times) when you hit submit it just keeps going to the top and does not submit. I sent another email and again got the link and sent in circles! As for the poor quality of the items I received the bathing suit bottoms are so thin and see through! The bathing suit top was also see through and NOTHING IS HEMED. Everything is cut raw edges. The bathing suit top has NO support and the put thin foam in the top that is not sew into the top and is folded in half inside can't get them to lay flat. This is before even wearing it. However I will never wear it I have negligence that are less see through! However it will cost me more to return them to China and they take $9.95 off of each piece you return! Wish I would have done my homework before ordering from them! Sorry the pictures did not show how see through/ thin the items are but nobody will see me in this swimsuit!
2 out of 3 item are too large. Can't return items for free and have to send back entire order according to instructions. Won't buy from this website again.
I returned 3 items, the USPS tracking shows Rotita received the return on July 5th. Almost a month ago and I still have not received a refund of $86.25. Rotita emailed me and closed my return ticket without issuing a refund. NOT NICE! That is called FRAUD. At this time, I have filed a complaint/issue with vendor report with PayPal to get them involved.
