Arrived quite quickly. All goods satisfactory. Purple dress gorgeous. I also ordered 2 swimsuits. One was too small. As I live in the UK I didn't want the expense of sending back. I contacted Rotita to see if they had a UK address but unfortunately they didn't. However they did refund me 30% of my payment as compensation. Quick replies to my emails and great customer service.
I purchased two different gorgeous swim suits and they were reasonably priced, true to size and were exactly as described. I would absolutely recommend this online store to friends!
I purchased 3 bathing suits. Two black, one navy blue. I received three tops but only two bottoms. When I wrote and explained I was missing a pair of navy bottoms they didn't understand. They assumed that black bottoms were sent in error. They offered a half refund for the navy set. I wrote back and re-explained. They still did not understand and again offered a half refund. At that point I was frustrated and accepted. The refund was for 20.00. I went to their site and purchased a single pair of navy bottoms. With tax the total was 28.00 so their mistake cost me another 8 dollars to rectify. Love the suits, but they aren't much good with out matching bottoms.
I have been trying to exchange what I ordered because the items were too small.
I had trouble with the website not allowing the info to "SUBMIT" when I click on that. I checked that all necessary fields were filled in. Submitted a help ticket but the response wanted me to do a return for $9.95 to print a label or use the link provided for a return/exchange. Same link as before for a return/exchange. Info (i. E. size needed, same items, etc) still would not work. Sent them another email response. I am still waiting for a resolution or more communication. Website says you cannot to speak to a live person. Not a good business practice. I will pursue a resolution through Paypal if necessary or dispute the charge for the product on my credit card.

Answer: Please don't waste your time! It is not suppose to be that some people just so "happen" to have a good experience. Trust me this company is horrible and you will regret it immensely. They send cheap fake knockoff of their items and the pictures on the site are stolen. Don't read the fake positive reviews. I ordered from here and I was extremely disappointed and angry. Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Took forever to get the dress and once we got it, it was poor quality and not what was pictured on website. Finally got them to agree to refund money if I returned dress. Went to post office to ship back and found out it was going to cost almost $15 to send back with no guarantee I would get my full refund. I opted to keep the dress so I wouldn't be out more money. Maybe I can use for dish rag! Lesson learned! Will never order through them again.

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
