I requested a refund for item purchased and according to policy my item did not qualify for a refund Bc of clearance. Sara with Rotita was very helpful. She said she would update my ticket and assured me that the issued would be resolved. Very good customer service.

I'm still waiting for a way to return over $200 worth of merchandise that doesn't fit. There was no invoice in any of my packages and no return label. I have to wait for an email. They told me they had 48 hours and it's been 5 days. I'm hoping I don't get stuck with this stuff. I'm a senior citizen and I was thinking this would be an easy way to shop. I'll never order from this company again.;
