My bathing suit arrived and it was not threaded completely at the one strap and the connecting bra area. I reached out to customer service and was in touch with Sumie. I submitted pictures of the incomplete stitching of the item and was issued a replacement. I love your swimwear and the replacement came perfectly fine! Was asked to confirm if an email I received was from their legitimate delivery company and was told twice in emails to pay the extra being demanded. Even though I had paid this company the full amount required by them to have my items delivered. After numerous emails from me the finally advised the company claiming they needed extra payment was actually not the company they used. After leaving a negative review I received a messenger message asking for my order no. To be told my parcel is on its way and they apologise for the delay. I advised they really need to teach their team not to advise people to give their visa card details to a company they hadn't verified was a company they use to deliver their orders. Today I get another message advising to pay the outstanding fee and to just Ho with what I'm told.
I won't touch this company with a ten foot pole and would advise others not to use. Cant seem to get their facts straight or their shipping cost right or even know who they hired to deliver your items.

Shipment in 2 parts, one delivered on time to my address, one to someplace in CA (I live in MN) according to tracking information. By the time I notified company, they had already identified mistake and rerouted to correct address. Got it next day.
Love my new swimsuit from Rotita. The shorts run a bit small but the top is sized right. The pattern colors are true to the picture.
My overall satisfaction with what I purchased is good. Only one item seems small, the others are all true to size. I have an issue with a stain on one item and have asked what the company will do to rectify this. Still have not received an answer.
