If I could give less that 1 star I would. Rotita plants favorable reviews on their site to hook you. They show adorable clothes made with beautiful fabrics, but that is NOT what you get! It takes a long time to get your order as well, and if the size isn't right or for some other reason you want to do a return, YOU must PAY the return Shipping to China. They try to negotiate a price reduction for you to keep their crappy clothes. I do not know where they get the pictures on the beautiful clothes for their site, but that IS NOT what you get. My items were so poorly made, extremely small, not as shown, and were unwearable. This Chinese company is making money misrepresenting their products to gullible Americans. Shame on them.

I was approved for a return of an item however it did not state where to return the item to Rotita. L I contacted Chat for an address and received one.
Although the items did not fit and one of the items was not what I ordered, the rep Brinda was efficient in handling my request for a refund.
I placed an order and realised that my address details were not correct. Brinda was very helpful and updated and made the relevant changes immediately. Very happy with this service.
