My experience with Renee was a welcome surprise! I thought it would be a hassle to receive a refund because I had worn the sandals but then a piece of the strap attachment broke so I requested a refund. First I was offered another pair but I preferred a refund. When I requested the refund vs the new sandals, Renee graciously complied without any hesitation or further delay and the refund happened immediately! Very satisfied with The experience! Will certainly shop again!
