Online shopping with Ross Simons was good, I didn't have any problems navigating the site. They have a wonderful selection of jewelry! However, I was disappointed in the quality of the pearls on the necklace I received. Too many nicks and dents in them. All the reviews of necklace were good and I took a chance and purchased it, but not the quality I was looking for in a pearl necklace. The price was too good not to try it, I think I need to pay a higher price for the quality I want in pearl necklace. I will be returning the necklace.

I was so disappointed when I received this ring. The stones are much smaller than suggested in the photos. They do not shine blue AT ALL when the ring is worn. I just wish it looked even close to what the photos show.

I've bought many items from here and have been happy for the most part but this recent item (clasp for layering necklaces) is supposed to be gold over sterling silver but felt light and flimsy. The open loops were too thick for the thinner lobster clasp of my necklaces to fit :(

The earrings backs that secure the earrings does not secure the earrings. I am afraid to wear them becuase I am afraid that I will loose both because they are not secured by the backs.
