I have been looking for a unique ring for my right hand for a long time. After many weeks of searching, I finally found the perfect ring on the Ross-Simons website. The price was reasonable, and I ordered it right away. I couldn't wait for it to be delivered. Happily, it arrived several days early and it fits perfectly. My search was a little bit of a challenge, as I kept having to start over again on the website, even though I had created an account and saved several favorites. My problem was most likely user-error. I hope to purchase more jewelry in the Byzantine collection.

I was so excited to receive my necklace and couldn't wait to wear it. But, when I received it, I was so disappointed in the color of the gold. I had hoped to layer it with other necklaces but the gold color is so off, it would never work. I didn't even remove the necklace from the pouch. I will be returning it.

I was very sad to discover an offer for $30 off my first purchase in my junk email moments after my purchase. When I asked if the discount offer could be retroactively applied, I received no reply at all: silence is not good customer service. The necklace is lovely but this slightly bitter taste in my mouth does "tarnish" this otherwise lovely gold chain

First positives the shopping and shipping delivery and unboxing are great. As mentioned unboxing is always fun I love the packaging. Now not so great experience is the necklace it self it was very underwhelming I hoped for a better looking turquoise necklace the turquoise beads were more green in color I prefer a blue and the stones were tiny.
