Their necklaces come with barely-there chains that slide down the drain. They want to sell you insurance rather than make a better product.

The gold is very light colored. And the beads were not strung smoothly as if the string is too short for the number of beads on it. I sent the bracelet back due to its poor quality. And the weight is super light too. It would be helpful to have the weight listed in the description.
