Ordering and paying for the order were easy. I wish I had known from the start that the item I wanted the most was out of stock instead of finding out about it well after the fact. When I did receive notification, nothing was mentioned about when, if at all, the item would be available.

I lost her jade pendant and wanted to find something that would look similar to make me feel less bad about losing it.Ross-Simons had just the jade piece in pin form. I am having it adjusted to become a pendant.

I am a seasoned R-S shopper and overall I have been happy with my purchases. However the last one was unfortunately a return. The set of 5, stretch, red coral bracelets was very disappointing. They were not the quality expected and fit very tight (and I have small wrists!).
