The shopping experience was mostly good. I was attempting to replace a triple joined sterling bangle that my wife had lost. Unfortunately, this bracelet was not as wide and round as I'd hoped, judging from the photo, and it was also more shiny. We have found it quite difficult to purchase jewelry online, as it seems very difficult to get an accurate sense of the item from the photos. And maybe the description of "rolled" sterling silver should have clues me in that it's flat instead of round, but I instead imagined it "rolled," as in "round."

I appreciate the pictures featuring the models wearing the product as it makes it easy to see the length and size.

Your site advertises that products will arrive at a certain time and they wind up arriving over a week to three weeks later. This is my second order and BOTH times that happened. Good quality, Crappy delivery.

I never had a problem til this time... quaranteed delivery for Mother's Day but it was 2 days late... that was disappointing.

I've no experience buying jewelry, but my Mother loved these earrings, and they were delivered on time by Mother's Day.

I ordered a ring but it didn't fit even though I used your sizing chart very carefully. I am returning it for a smaller size.

There is a "but" and that is because some of the prongs will need to be worked on-they catch on fabric, so they must not have been done quite correctly. I do like it, and will definitely keep it.
