The shopping experience was good. The product looked good online but when it arrived the rubies looked plastic and the clasp was vey flimsy
Paid for the 2d shipping and the necklace arrived timely. Presentation wasn't great and I ended up placing the necklace in a different box to wrap and give to the recipient. All in all, I paid for the convenience factor of getting it timely. The necklace was a simple necklace, perfect for a boys baptism.

But I did not get to thank Alex for the assistance since the chat disappeared when I clicked "Place order" Please thank Alex for me! The order was received quickly. However, the photo of the product looked much more like Murano glass than the product does, which was disappointing.
I mistakenly double ordered the same set of earrings for my wife for our 49th wedding anniversary. Thank you for taking back the second pair. She is thrilled with the gift, as she had lost one the same earrings I gave her for Christmas 2020. Ann-Marie and Laurie were gracious and helpful when I called for help.

The child's earrings I ordered were much smaller than what appeared on the website. The earrings would be appropriate for a 2 year old but not a 10 year old, which is how old my granddaughter is. Ordering was easy and was delivered on time, just not happy with the merchandise.
