Mobile site frustration

Mobile site does not allow to place order. After filling out all information three times, the submit order did not appear. Customer service when I called were not very qualified and could not assist. Eventually I had to go onto laptop to order.

I ordered an expensive vintage ring. It was beautiful. I wore it for 4 hours and one of the inlaid pieces fell out. I could not find it. I called customer service and they said they would refund my money. Im waiting for them to email me a shipping label. I will definitely continue to order from RS because of the customer service i received.
