I just spent 20 minutes untangling it. The chain was in a knot. The chain is very cheap and it sure wasn't packaged well. It should be in a necklace holder in the box. Not a bag.

I normally love all my purchases from Ross-Simon, but this bracelet was not as pictured. I felt the size 7 bangle was too tight. Size 7 is my normal size in any bracelet. The diamonds were not brilliant and not as 3D as the picture showed. I have returned this for a full refund.
