Ive made three phone calls here. I received absolutely no answers to my question and was simply told to return them. They have a very secure clasp as the little hinged clasp folds closed on the pierced post. This hinged closure snaps in the closed position and pitches my earlobes. My diamond and gold hoops have a similar closure but they leave space for the earlobe. All I wanted was assistance. I really like the earrings but so disappointed!
Easy to order on line and the merchandise was what I wanted.
