I have ordered from you before and have always been very happy. The sea life bracelet is one gigantic exception. Cheap, flimsy and broke on second wearing. I doubt I will be shopping with you again, I don't have time to hassle with returns

I have been looking for something special for my daughter's 50th Birthday. She is getting married next year so I thought... Something blue. Great selection of Topaz. I went with sky blue topaz that is surrounded by white topaz ring, matching necklace and chandelier topaz earrings. Can't wait to see her reaction. Only one negative. I don't think the packaging does the beautiful pieces justice. I will find some beautiful boxes.

I purchased the Diamond Leaf Bypass Ring for myself as a Mother's Day present. First, the ring arrived a full 7 days after I ordered it, so it took longer than I expected to arrive. The gold on the item is extremely thin - much thinner than I expected. In hindsight, I'm glad that I purchased it at the lower price of $349, because if I had paid anywhere close to $500 for this ring, I would be returning it. There is no way this ring is worth anywhere near $500. Don't get me wrong, its cute. But I'd say closer to $250 cute, not $349. I don't think its worth the inconvenience of returning. But, I will be leery of purchasing from Ross Simons in the future especially at this price point.
The silver jewelry was lovely--a perfect selection for the person whose birthday is coming up. Unfortunately, I search online for a picture to show someone else and found the same item at Amazon. Not just similar--the same freaking thing--shipped from Ross Simons. The worst part? Even with free shipping and the 20% coupon RS offered as thanks for my loyalty as a customer, the Amazon offer was still nearly 10% cheaper. I like the jewelry but I don't like feeling like a chump.
The necklace I ordered was beautiful in the photo, but not so much in person. I am returning it, but it's unfair to make me pay the shipping. I will not order from them again.

I tried to purchase a ring two weeks ago. I still have not gotten the ring, nor have I received any updated information on shipment of the ring. Very dissatisfied this time around. :( And, I would think RS would KNOW that I have not received my purchase.

Beautiful Moroni glass heart necklace for my daughter for her birthday. She loves it. I have gotten several gifts for her from Ross-Simons. We are always pleased.
I tried to order two bracelets yesterday and I could not make the order work.
I bought 2 different 14k gold rings. Satisfied with both but I ordered them in size 5 and one is clearly significanty smaller than the other and will only fit my pinky. I'll use it but weird that the sizing would be so different. And remember rings are much smaller in person than they appear in the picture!
The ring is lovely. My only wish would be that the Greek key images were more prominent.
