Earrings were lovely. Nice sheen -gold and beautiful pink enamel. Pearl necklace was very nice -the pendent was very pretty but the chain was featherweight. The pink Flower pendent was paper thin. Not as expected I would rather pay more for quality.

I purchased some Tanzanite earrings for my daughter's birthday and they came very quickly, in excellent packaging, and were of a high quality that exceeded the pictures online. I was/am very pleased.

I ordered graduated sterling silver hoops, which weren't very "graduated" at all. From now on, I will want to actually "see" earrings before I buy them.

Barely visible diamonds in the emerald and diamond stackable ring.
Both rings are not what I thought they'd be based on the pictures of them online. A lot daintyer then they appeared in the website pictures.

I ordered a silver ankle bracelet and it came with a knotted chain. Obviously damaged. I contacted Ross Simon Customer Service and told them I wanted to return this damaged anklet bracelet. I was given a return reference number. When I asked if I had to pay for shipping, I was told "yes". When I questioned why I would have to pay for the shipping when it came damaged, I was then told I'd be given a 'postage paid' label to return the anklet bracelet.

I like my new set! Everything was really good! Thank you!

It was fairly easy to order. It did not take long to receive item. The postage was free.

My experience was absolutely Wonderful. The items were very quickly delivered right to my house. I love the quality of the items I purchased and the service was great especially when one item was double ordered. My husband called and very quickly got the reference code he needed to add to the return item. Got our refund. Loved my first order so much. I just ordered again knowing if I ordered a ring I knew I wouldn't have a problem returning it and ordering the correct size I need.
