Beautiful necklace! I love it. I have the matching bracelet and love that too!

Everything was spot on service and awesome communication. The delivery was spot on what they said it would be done

Ordered two sets of gemstone eternity band rings with emeralds, rubies, and sapphires with white topaz stones in sterling silver and gold plate. The white stones do not sparkle and look like missing stones in some angles. Very disappointing.

I did not like the way the stones were set the necklace turns and you always see the backside!
I will be returning the necklace!

This was my first time experience ordering from Ross Simons. I must admit I was a little nervous. Ordering online, when I'm use to going directly to the jewelry store to see the merchandise and make my purchase. But my two tone bracelet was everything I had desired. The price, delivery, packaging and the customer service was simply wonderful. I will definitely be coming back. Thanks Ross Simons for the opportunity to participate in what my friends do daily and that is to shop online. I was not disappointed.

My bracelet arrived quickly. I hadn't asked for what width it should be, but it fits with my diamond and London Safire bracelet. It is hard to find a 7 inch bracelet, Ross Simon offered that size, which was nice.

Very simple to order. Arrived in a timely manner. Look very realistic. Not heavy on ear lobes.

I've only worn it for over a week - although it sometimes gets wet from washing hands or doing dishes, it has not changed color. So I'm hoping, the bracelet won't tarnish in the long run.
